• Required Documents •
Once service is booked, please email all required documents to info@fortunedesignhub.com within 48 hours. Failure to do so will forfeit the turnaround time promised.
• Turnaround Time •
Fortune Design Hub has a 3-week turnaround for all web design projects, 2-week turnaround for logo development projects, and a 1-week turnaround for all other projects unless otherwise discussed. A rush fee will be assessed if you need your project developed before the turnaround time.
• Refund Policy •
Requests for refunds must be presented to Fortune Design Hub in writing/email. Refund requests must be made prior to Fortune Design Hub. receiving written or verbal authorization or approval of acceptance of services performed. After a proof has been accepted and revisions have begun no refund is available on graphic and design services. In the event a refund is issued, a $75 fee will be deducted for consultation and processing.
• Termination of Contract •
We love our clients and understand the anticipation of your project! We promise to treat you with respect and respond in a timely and professional manner. Any form of harassment, abuse, and unprofessionalism is strictly prohibited when being serviced by Fortune Design Hub. Fortune reserves the right to terminate any contract with no refund if any of these occur. The client will be given a warning if a warning is acceptable for the offense. However, a warning is not required.
